It's been a while, honey, and I just thought I'd check up on you. I miss our little get-togethers so; things are terribly dull without you. How have you been?
My girls are well and the shop is just fine, so I have nothing to complain about. In fact, I have quite the spare time on my hands lately! I may even take up a hobby; possibly a beadwork? You should send me some of your prettier baubles. I'm sure I could do something with them.
Send my love to all our dear friends, and let our sister know that, should she visit, most of the city's entertainment has already left for better venues. I hope your little one's well (you have quite the heart of gold!), and this letter finds you in good health.
