UPDATE 07/07/09 (11:40 AM EST):
Hello duckies, not trying to steal Barry White's Masu's thunder, but I'd just like to let everyone know there is now an "About" page for Special Characters and a Forum Code Guide. More things will be added to both soon~

Also, opinions are wanted on the making of new resources, and also what you think of my map and timeline ideas.

Masuyo does her best Barry White impression Awwwwww yeahhhhhh... It's Hou Tian news time.

If you want to audition for Hakoda or Jet the deadline is July 15. So we'll have two new canons to play with very soon, and I, for one, am totally stoked.

King Bumi and Haru are both up for adoption as well (in case you didn't know from my 12,000 other mentions XD). Since there is a lot of development going on in the Earth Kingdom right now, both could be a lot of help and a lot of fun to RP.

Attention Hou Tian shoppers!

Right now we are having a blue-light special on tall, dark, and dangerous. That's right, the Jade Shark's head honcho Jet is up for adoption. There is a lot going on with Jade Shark right now, and they need a good leader who's active and takes initiative. Check out the links to the left for more info on the Jade Shark. Click here for hints and tips on applying for cannons, or PM your friendly neighborhood mods for more info. (P.S. We've also got openings for Haru, Bumi, and Hakoda.)

Congrats to RP'er Nandireya who will be taking over the role of our favorite knife throwing Fire Nation lady, and many thanks to all those who auditioned! We're still got cannons in need of a home, so be sure to check the adoption thread often.

Well, I've been a lax little blog bender, haven't I? Yep, Masuyo is back with more fun things to know and learn.

If you haven't escaped from Azula's wrath, then you're probably toast. With marmalade on top. So, what's up now? Mai is up for adoption. The deadline for try-outs is June 21, so get writing if you love emo gals who throw knive and sarcasm like there's no tomorrow. And we STILL don't have a Haru or a Bumi. Haru is so lonely he's crying in the girl's bathroom right now (hmm... that's not helping his case is it?). And Bumi --- it's like a license to say totally random things. =D

In recent adoptees news, our favorite bad ass Jun is now being played by luthien. Congrats and happy RP'ing!

Hey guys, this is Luckeh. Playing with this blog thing is fun xD.... Er... Anyway, I've been forced against my will to inform all of you that from now until Feb. 22nd is a sort of "Advertising Period." Since the forum sex change and all, we're all encouraging members and mods alike to take that pretty little banner up there and pimp this place out... and I mean pimp it out. Link to your DeviantArt, your friends, your LJ, your LJ comms, other forums you frequent, etc. The goal is to reach the 200 member mark (and not just so we supervisor people can hire more mods.)

Avs and Sigs are rewarded for every 5 people you can suck into the board, courtesy of whoever wants to make 'em (and they'll be pretty BD)

Things to include in an advertisement are the following:

  • A summary of the story.
  • Canons that are available.
  • User-made characters that are available (it works sometimes!)
  • Bribery!

Just remember, the more people we have to play, the more fun it is. BD

a large island situated off of the southern coast of the Earth Kingdom. The island gets its name from its distinctive shape, which on maps bares an uncanny resemblance to a whale's tail. While little is known about the island or its inhabitants, Water Tribe sailing lore makes the claim that whales can never be found anywhere near the island due to thinking that it's the actual tail of the largest whale in the world. The white coloring of Whale Tail Island on the world map suggests it is or once was Air Nomad territory.
